2026 Retirement Luncheon image

Today, Paulding County School District celebrated its retiring employees with a special luncheon at the Paulding Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Complex. The event honored the meaningful contributions of staff members who have dedicated years of service to supporting students, colleagues, and the broader school community. Through their commitment, leadership, and consistent pursuit of excellence, these retirees have helped shape the strength and success of Paulding County Schools, leaving a lasting legacy that will continue to impact future generations.

School Board Recognition April 21, 2026

Dozens of PCSD students were recognized during Tuesday night’s Board Meeting and Recognition Ceremony at the Paulding Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Complex. Honorees included North Paulding High School’s Girls Basketball State Champions, Character in Action recipients for Fairness and Tolerance, Fine Arts in Action winners across elementary and middle school gallery exhibitions, as well as students recognized in art, band, chorus, and theatre. Additional recognitions included Winter Sports Players of the Year, Governor’s Honors Program finalists, the Pinwheel Contest winner, and the district Spelling Bee champion. The district also extends appreciation to the North Paulding High School Chorus for their musical performance and the South Paulding High School JROTC for presenting the colors.

Congratulations to the 2026 Class of Teachers and Employees of the Year!!

We are so thankful for the Paulding Education Foundation for putting together another spectacular Teacher/Employee of the Year Breakfast Award Banquet! The 2026 Class of TOTYs and EOTYs were celebrated at GreyStone Power with gifts from our amazing Partners in Education, a delicious plated breakfast, and a special message from 2026 Georgia Teacher of the Year Rachel Kinsaul — all before receiving their well-deserved awards.
